We are all doing our best to navigate the challenges we experience in life but sometimes we are faced with obstacles we don’t know how to overcome on our own. We end up feeling lost, stuck, and confused and it can be hard to know where to turn in times of adversity. Experiencing setbacks is an inevitable part of life but you don’t need to face these difficulties alone. Having someone to connect with during periods of difficulty can be tremendously meaningful. Therapy provides clients with opportunity to explore their feelings and emotions in non-judgmental space as they (re)discover that they are meant for significant, belonging, and unconditional love, even though life can sometimes make it hard to uncover and fulfill these needs. I would be honored to be part of your journey of self-discovery and becoming your most resilient self.

I am a highly skilled, compassionate, and empathic counsellor and my approach to counselling comes from a client centered, strengths-based perspective and focus on giving my clients the means to better understand themselves as well as providing them with practical tools to better manage their challenging emotions. I have worked extensively with youth and adults struggling with their mental health and with families experiencing behavioral challenges with their children. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you discover the root cause of why you are feeling stuck, so that we can focus on note just symptoms but on healing.
