Family Therapy

Sessions are 1.5 hours and the cost is $175. A sliding scale is available for those who require it.

If you have answered yes to any of the questions above, than family therapy may be beneficial for you and your loved ones. Family therapy can be scary because people may worry about being singled out as the “problem”, but that is the furthest thing from what family therapy is actually about. Family therapy is a space for family members to better understand, empathize, and learn how to be there for each other. Most of know that when one person in the family is struggling it has a ripple effect and others in the family are impacted. Your therapist understands these dynamics and will work with you and your family to get to a place where you are more connected and understand each other better.
