December Mental Health Challenge: 

Okay, so to be fair there isn't much time left in December, however I think this is a great challenge that may help carry your through the holidays. It may even be something you carry forward into the new year! We often stay "check in with yourself", and well what does that even mean? How do we ask ourselves what we want or what we need. Here are a few simple questions to ask yourself at the start of the week, to help you set an intention of what you would like your week to look like. I think that starting during the holidays may be a good start because we generally forget about what we want because we are so focused on taking care of others and preparing for whatever the next big event is. These questions are a guideline to help you structure your mindset for the upcoming week. Give it a try and see if this helps you to hold yourself accountable, to ...well yourself!
